Admission results and acceptance notifications will be sent to students by email according to the published schedule.

If offered a place, you must confirm your intent to accept. Failure to respond or decline the offer will result in it being withdrawn.
Ensure you provide your frequently used email address, and check it regularly during the offer period. Due to limited availability, not all applicants will be assigned an accommodation.

Unsuccessful applicants may submit an appeal to pghousing@hku.hk.

Room Allocations

Site staff and/or appointed personnel may conduct periodic room checks, pest control, or maintenance during your stay to ensure room conditions.
Penalty Fees and Compensation
A penalty fee of HK$300 per case per day, plus the actual cost of any damage, loss, or additional expenses to the site, will be charged for each incident of misbehaviour.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
All charges for halls, colleges, and residences are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You are responsible for full payment of the entire offered residency period, which is a minimum of one semester.
