Located at 142 Pokfulam Road, adjacent to the declared monument of University Hall, High West Student Village is conveniently near the Sassoon Road Medical Campus and within easy reach of the Main Campus.

The student village comprises two 19-storey towers above a shared podium, providing 952 places. It features all single rooms, with every two rooms sharing one private bathroom and access to communal living spaces, offering a high standard of residential living. Amenities include a gym, games room, music room, multi-purpose hall etc.

The project is delivered using Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) throughout, serving as a pilot MiC project for private residential development.
